Nigeria's senior women national team will take on South Africa in the semi-final of the African Women's Championship in Windhoek, Namibia on Wednesday, October 22 in a rematch of the 2012 semi final played in Equatorial Guinea.
Cameroon will take on Ivory Coast in the other semi final game.
The Super Falcons will be meeting Bayana Bayana for the third time in the semi final and ninth time in the history of the tournament.
Nigeria emerged winners of Group A after they picked nine points scoring a total of 12 goals and conceded two in their opening three games.
On the other hand, South Africa finished as Group B runners-up after a 5-1 victory over Algeria in their last group game on Saturday helped them edge out Ghana on goal difference to reach the last four.
Nigeria have won seven times, while opponents South Africa managed only once, which was the 1-0 win in the semi-final at Equatorial Guinea 2012, that denied the six-time winners a place in the final for the first time.
The Nigerian ladies have scored a total of 23 goals and conceded four in all eight previous meetings with South Africa at the AWC since its inception.
Coach Edwin Okon's side will seek to avenge their 2012 semi-final defeat against South Africa where the Super Falcons lost to Janine Van Wyk's lone goal in the 23rd minute.
Nigeria will seek to reach their seventh final of the African Women Championship and as well qualify for the 2015 Fifa Women's World Cup in Canada.
The game will be played at the Sam Nujona Stadium, Windhoek by 4pm Nigerian time.
